Carytown Watermelon Festival is a summer street festival held in the historic Richmond neighborhood of the same name. The event offers watermelon by the bowl, live music, food, and drinks and is considered the premier fruit festival of the East Coast. A display logotype was developed featuring prominent watermelon geometry and a bright overlay color treatment that offers an effortless, colorful feel while allowing for easy integration of festival photos.
