Wild Child is a rising indie folk band with a devoted cult following in Austin, known for their intricate band history, diverse discography, and raw, unpolished sound. Inspired by their 2017 album Expectations and its title track, I hand-lettered lyrics and illustrated a figure shattering her lover’s expectations; smashing eggshells rather than treading lightly over them. All typography in the poster is hand-lettered to further communicate the band’s indie, organic look and sound.
